You can have an authorized agent submit a request on your behalf. We maintain the right to deny any request from an authorized agent that does not submit sufficient proof that they have been authorized by you to act on your behalf.

However, we may deny a request to opt-out if we have a good faith, reasonable, and documented belief that a request to opt-out is fraudulent. Please note that you may only make a data access or data portability disclosure request twice within a 12-month period. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. Further, if you delete User Contributions from the Website, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or might have been copied or stored by other Website users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Website, including User Contributions, is governed by our Terms.

Designated Authorized Agent

You may, depending on your state of residency, have the right to designate an authorized agent to submit one of the above requests on your behalf. We will process your request for information within 45-60 days of receipt of your appeal, in accordance with the applicable state law. Further, if under state law, we will include any additional required information in our response.

Third-Party Providers and Links

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your personal information to the extent necessary to enable them to perform the services they are contracted to provide to us. Remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us.
