We are continuing to experience increased shipping times due to the impacts of COVID-19.
Shipments to Australia and New Zealand may be significantly delayed, in some cases by as much as 2 months on top of our normal shipping times.
Thank you for your understanding as we continue to work with our shipping partners to provide you with ION* as quickly and affordably as possible.
US shipping costs
We offer free shipping on all orders totaling $70 (USD) or over, shipped to addresses in the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories.
Orders totaling less than $70 are subject to a $7 flat rate shipping fee.

How are my orders shipped?
In the US, we ship FedEx and USPS for most efficient delivery, and USPS only for PO Box addresses. For international orders, we ship with DHL and Passport Shipping.
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your order on either the FedEx, USPS, DHL, or Passport websites.
We try our best to make deliveries within 3-5 business days, but for remote locations or during holiday periods, delivery may take a week or more.
Do you ship to freight forwarding addresses?
Our policy on shipping to Freight Forwarders has recently changed. ION* Gut Support products can now be shipped to a US Freight Forwarding address.
Please note the following parameters when shipping to a freight forwarder:
- Orders are limited to a maximum of 3 bottles per ION* category (Gut Support, Pet Support, Skin Support, and/or Sinus Support) every 30 days, in line with most personal use import regulations.
- ION* is not responsible for lost/missing orders marked “delivered” (per carrier tracking information) to the customer shipping address after 7 days.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 2 business days for order processing. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. After placing your order with ION*, you will be sent a receipt and order summary via email. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please Note: If you are having trouble locating these emails, individual user settings in your inbox may have rerouted them to your spam or marketing folders.
How can I check my order status?
Please refer to the tracking links in the email you received with your shipment information to track delivery of your package. If you need additional assistance, please contact our Customer Support Team at email@example.com.
Can you expedite my order?
We do offer expedited or rush shipping at an additional charge for domestic shipments. Expedited shipping means orders placed by 12:00 noon EST will ship the same business day, two-day FedEx service (business days only). We do not offer expedited shipping internationally.
Returns & exchanges
It is our hope that you and your family are able to fully experience the benefits that ION* has to offer. This is why if you are not satisfied with any of our products, we offer a 100%, 60-day, money-back guarantee on your first bottle purchased (any size) from our website. Return labels are not provided by ION*.
Please Note: Your original shipping costs will not be refunded. Our 100% guarantee applies to purchases made through our US site, intelligenceofnature.com, only. Product purchased through any of our distributors is subject to their return terms and conditions.
