    • US shipping costs 

      We offer free shipping on all orders totaling $35 (USD) or over, shipped to addresses in the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories.

      Orders totaling less than $35 are subject to a $7 flat rate shipping fee.

      Expedited shipping is not available on ION* products at this time.

    • How are my orders shipped?

      In the US, we ship FedEx and USPS for most efficient delivery, and USPS only for PO Box addresses. For international orders, we ship with DHL and Passport Shipping.

      When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your order on either the FedEx, USPS, DHL, or Passport websites.

      We try our best to make deliveries within 3-5 business days, but for remote locations or during holiday periods, delivery may take a week or more.

    • Do you ship to freight forwarding addresses?

      ION* products can be shipped to a Freight Forwarder with the following parameters:

      • Orders are limited to a maximum of 4 bottles per ION* category (Gut Support, Pet Support, and Skin Support) every 60 days, in line with most personal use import regulations.
      • ION* is not responsible for lost/missing orders marked “delivered” (per carrier tracking information) to the customer shipping address.
      • ION* cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or windows for delivery.

    • When will my order ship?

      Please allow 2 business days for order processing. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. After placing your order with ION*, you will be sent a receipt and order summary via email. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

      Please Note: If you are having trouble locating these emails, individual user settings in your inbox may have rerouted them to your spam or marketing folders.

    • How can I check my order status?

      Please refer to the tracking links in the email you received with your shipment information to track delivery of your package. If you need additional assistance, please contact our Customer Support Team at

    • Can you expedite my order?

      Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

    • Do you offer a money back guarantee?

      It is our hope that you and your family are able to fully experience the benefits that ION* has to offer. This is why if you are not satisfied with any of our products, we offer a 100%, 60-day, money-back guarantee on your first bottle purchased (any size) from our website.

    • Returns & refunds

      To be eligible for a refund:

      Product must have been purchased within 60 days from the website.

      Do not ship bottles that have been opened or partially consumed (inner seal must be intact).

      Unopened product will be refunded once it has arrived and been processed by the ION* Team.
