How to make the “Serene Sips” Chamomile Latte with +Restful Sleep

(Don’t let “latte” fool you—this has no caffeine!)

With this recipe, you’ve got a wonderful way to enhance your bedtime routine even more. With a few easy steps and a few tasty sips, you’re helping yourself enter your dream state (deep, restorative sleep, that is!) even faster.

You will need:

  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of vanilla nut milk (of your choice)
  • 1/2 tsp of honey (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 packet of ION* +Restful Sleep

Stir your water and nut milk together in a heat-safe mug or container and heat for 1-2 minutes. Add in the packet of ION* Restful Sleep and your sweetener (to taste). Then, whisk until lightly frothed. Enjoy 30 minutes before bed!
